Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using TaskWise ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the TaskWise mobile application, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

2. Use of the App

TaskWise provides an offline-first task management system integrated with AI capabilities. When using the app, you agree to the following:

  • You will not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your device and access to the app, especially since TaskWise stores data locally on your device.
  • We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or be uninterrupted.

3. AI Integration and Usage Limits

TaskWise incorporates third-party AI models (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenRouter) to assist with task management.

  • Free Tier: Users are granted a limited number of AI interactions (e.g., 25 daily / 250 monthly). These limits are subject to change.
  • Pro Subscription: Subscribers receive increased limits (e.g., 250 daily / 2,500 monthly) and access to premium models.
  • We are not responsible for the content generated by third-party AI services. AI-generated responses should be reviewed for accuracy before acting upon them.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

If you choose to subscribe to TaskWise Pro, the following terms apply:

  • Payments are processed securely via Google Play using RevenueCat for entitlement management.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription directly in your Google Play account settings.
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice provided to users.

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. TaskWise adopts an offline-first architecture to ensure maximum privacy. For detailed information on how we collect, use, and handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that declare their own terms and conditions. These include but are not limited to Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, Sentry, and OpenRouter. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third parties.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions here.
