Quickstart Guide
Follow these steps to install TaskWise on your Android device and configure your first AI reasoning model to start managing tasks.
Download & Install
ProductionTaskWise is a closed-source ecosystem designed for premium user experiences. Download the official app directly from the Google Play Store to your Android device.
Access Application Settings
TaskWise works offline-first and runs model inference by connecting securely to your preferred AI provider. Access settings to initialize your API credentials:
1. Open Settings
Open the sidebar navigation drawer inside TaskWise and tap on the Settings cog.
2. Advanced Config
Scroll down inside settings and click on the Advanced Settings category.
Input API Credentials
Paste your personal API credentials. TaskWise encrypts your keys locally using AES-GCM encryption backed by the Android Keystore system.
- Choose your primary provider (e.g. Google Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, or OpenRouter).
- Paste your API Key inside the corresponding field.
- Toggle Enable Remote Sync to allow stale-while-revalidate updates of newly launched models directly from our registry.
A Note on Privacy
Your credentials and AI chats are processed directly on your device. We do not run middleman proxy servers. Requests are dispatched directly to the API endpoints of your selected provider from your device IP.
